This is a 6-week app-based training camp using one 16–20kg kettlebell and the included 100lb Savage Sandbag.
You will train 4 days per week for 6 weeks through 24 progressive high-volume sessions inside the Savage Training App.
You also get access to the movement library, opening physical tests, a final retest after Session 24, and a private WhatsApp group where men hold each other accountable.
This is built for men who are done with random workouts and want a clear standard to follow.
