Each sandbag integrates directly with the Savage Sandbag Training Program and the Savage Training App, giving you structured, high-volume training instead of random lifts.
The 100lb sandbag is the foundation. It is used for the majority of movements and is the primary tool inside the Sandbag Training Program. You follow 30 high-volume training sessions built around 10 essential sandbag movements, with every session including a warm-up and a main workout.
Most savages start here. The 100lb bag builds strength, conditioning, grip, and resilience fast while still allowing repeated volume and technical control.
The 150lb sandbag is for advanced savages who have mastered the basics and want heavier carries, harder lifts, and increased demand on the posterior chain, core, and grip. This bag is about capacity and tolerance under load.
The 220lb sandbag is for the most advanced savages only. It is rarely purchased for a reason. This is maximal, unforgiving weight designed to build serious brute strength and mental toughness. Every lift is earned.
